    • Our dishes are mostly made with organic ingredients

    • Our tasting menus are designed to be enjoyed by the whole table.

    • We don’t serve any vegan options

    • We don’t serve any gluten free options

    • We don’t serve lactose free menus

    • If you have any intolerance, allergy or dietary requirements please inform us before booking or at a minimum of 24 hours before your reservation

    • We have optional wine pairings for all our menus

    • We change our wine list weekly, therefore we do not send out the list prior to arrival.

    • Corkage policy:
      we charge 400 DKK for a standard 75cl bottle and 600 DKK for a magnum.
      We allow a maximum of two standard bottles or one magnum per reservation.

    • All bookings up to 6 guests can ONLY be taken through our booking system.

    • For big groups reservations (7 or more guests) or private events, kindly get in touch with us directly by email or phone.

    • We can’t host groups with more than 16 guests.

    • Since we have automatic notifications for the waitlist enabled, guests will receive an email if a spot opens up. With the click of the button, you are guided to the reservation widget where you can place a booking for the chosen time. In case someone was quicker and there are again no more spaces available, you will be notified again if a spot opens up.

    • We require a credit or debit card details for all the reservations; an amount of 500 dkk per absent person will be withdrawn from the provided card ONLY in the event of late cancellation, late modification or no-show.

    • Reservations could be changed or cancelled up to 6 hours before the booking time, please use the option in the booking confirmation email

    • A reduction in party size within 6 hours of your reservation will be subject to our cancellation fee. The fee will be applied for each guest not present for the reservation.

    • If you don’t receive any confirmation email please check the spam folder in your email provider / app

    • Your table will be kept for 15 minutes after the chosen booking time, then the booking is cancelled with a no-show notice.

  • Gift Voucher Policy

    • Our gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date of purchase and must be used within this period. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.

    • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • For online purchases, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been used or redeemed. After this 14-day period, all sales are final and vouchers become strictly non-refundable.

    • Vouchers are fully transferable.

    • Gift vouchers are valid for dining experiences at the restaurant and cannot be used for private events, buyouts, or special arrangements unless explicitly agreed in advance.

    • Please note that our menu and pricing may change over time due to seasonality, ingredient availability, and market conditions. Any price differences between the voucher value and the menu price at the time of redemption must be paid at the restaurant. Voucher values remain fixed and are not adjusted for future price changes.

    • Our restaurant is small and intimate, we have 5 high tables only with a view on our open kitchen.

    • Accessibility for disabled persons is limited, there are a few steps to going down to get into our Boutique and it’s furnished with high tables only.

    • Gender-free toilet is available for our guests (not accessible with a wheelchair)
